Lake Tapps Boating Incident Proves That Life Jackets Save Lives
LAKE TAPPS – A toddler was rescued and resuscitated after being trapped underneath a boat that was taking on water and then capsized. Apparently the baby was between the driver's seat and passenger seat but went to the bow of the boat just before it rolled over. Other nearby boaters rescued the baby and resuscitated him. He is now fine and back in the arms of his loving family. Everyone on the boat had a life jacket on.
