ISLAND COUNTY - A driver who was injured when his car went off the roadway on Wilkinson Road near Langley was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Apparently the vehicle hit a a group of trees before it rolled over onto its side. Witnesses say the car may have hit as many as four or five trees. The force of the accident was powerful enough to rip off the top of the 2007 Subaru.
