While driving westbound on Interstate 90 near George an Idaho woman dropped a cigarette into her lap and rolled her car several times before landing on its top.
The 2005 Dodge Neon was totaled and the driver was taken to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake for head, neck and internal injuries.
