A semi-truck was reportedly going too fast for conditions on southbound Interstate 5 when the driver noticed cars ahead were slowing, resulting in the truck rolling over and colliding with other vehicles Thursday afternoon. According to Seattle Fire Department spokesman Kyle Moore, the semi truck and two cars all overturned in the accident, which took place near the Holgate exit in Seattle.
One person was pinned against the steering wheel of their vehicle, but has since been removed safely from the car. Washington State Patrol reports that four people involved in the crash sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals.
