Hit and Run Driver Kills Woman in Wheelchair

A fatal hit and run accident took the life of a female woman who was bound in her wheelchair yesterday evening around 6:35 p.m. The 58-year-old woman attempted to cross the southbound lanes of a street when she was hit.

It is unknown what type of her car hit her, but is described as a gold truck or SUV. After being hit, she was ejected from her wheelchair and hit by two more vehicles.

All three vehicles did not stop. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
