Hit and Run Driver Had 15 Drinks Before Killing Man

A hit and run driver got behind the wheel after a nine-hour drinking session. The driver hit a man and then fled the scene.

The drunk driver drank 15 drinks before driving his Vauxhall Vectra. He hit a man a fled the scene leaving the 33-year-old man dead in the street.

The 46-year-old drunk hit-and-driver will spend 5 years in jail.
