High Speed Crash On Hood Canal Bridge

Outcome: At least one person seriously injured

The Hood Canal Bridge was shut down today after a high-speed crash.  The driver of a Saturn sedan ran head-on into a concrete guardrail, totalling his vehicle.  He survived the crash but had to be airlifted to Seattle's Harboview Medical Center for internal injuries.
