Help Ashley Nash Win a $1,000 Scholarship

Ashley Nash is competing to win a $1,000 scholarship through the Davis Law Group Law & Justice Scholarship Program. We’ve created this page so you can read all about Ashley and how she wishes to make a difference in the field of Law & Justice, as well as how you may be able to help support her in this contest.

About the Contestant

Ashley is set to begin her senior year at Troy University in Troy, Alabama, this fall. She holds a 3.337 over the course of her education at Troy and is majoring in criminal justice.

After she completes her undergraduate degree at Troy, Ashley hopes to eventually be accepted to law school and pursue a career as a lawyer. Given the long educational journey she faces, Ashley believes that winning this contest would help her pay for tuition and other related costs.

How You Can Support Ashley

After a nominee is approved, the student will have until December 18th, 2015 to participate in the Community Engagement & Support portion of the contest. First, the nominee must share a link to their own nominee page on Facebook (the nominee page will be posted to Davis Law Group's official website after the nominee's application has been accepted). Second, the nominee should ask friends and family to support their efforts by clicking the Facebook "Like" button on the nominee's page.

All nominees will have from the moment their official nominee page is published on the Davis Law Group website until December 18th, 2015 to acquire as many "Likes" on their page as possible. Each Facebook "Like" for the nominee's page will count as one point toward the nominee's overall score, and there is no limit to the number of points from Facebook "Likes" that a nominee can earn. Any "Likes" acquired after the December 18th, 2015 deadline will not count toward the nominee's total number of "Likes."

This young lady is of the most determined and motivated I have seen in her pursuit of her education and future endeavors. I understand this is a competition to see how likable the contestants may be within their own community but believe me when I say the ones who normally get the least attention in the community are the ones fighting the hardest to make a difference in it. Please chose wisely, I know the money will be put to good use with this contestant.
