Five Year Old Boy Dies In Car Accident l Seattle Attorney
Date: May 11, 2009Location: 44000 block of Fir Road, Snohomish County, Washington
Accident Type: SUV crash into a tree
Outcome: One dead; two injured
A 5-year-old boy was killed when the SUV he was riding in hit a tree. Apparently the boy was in the back seat when the vehicle hit the tree. He died at the scene. The man who was driving the SUV was taken to Harborview Medical Center in for treatment of injuries to his back and face. His 3-year-old daughter who was secured in a child safety seat was also taken to Harborview. At this time it is not known if the 5-year-old boy who was killed was in a child seat or if he was wearing a seat belt. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
