There was a very serious accident on Interstate 90 heading eastbound today atop Snoqualmie Pass. It appears that three semi trucks were in the chain-reaction accident and a silver car or SUV was crushed between two of them. There was also another vehicle rear-ended by one of the trucks.
This serious accident caused a chain reaction, resulting in two fatalities.
As of 1:45 p.m. the accident investigation was still taking place. Traffic backed up about seven miles.
There will be more updates to come regarding this
