On Saturday night, two males were traveling in a car on Highway 28 near East Wenatchee when they rear-ended an abandoned bus parked on the shoulder.

Passenger, 28-year-old Jacob De Los Reyes of East Wenatchee died instantly. The driver was taken to a hospital with a head injury and is facing a vehicular homicide charge because officials believe that DUI was the cause of the crash.
