Fatal Bicycle Accident In Kirkland Featured on KOMO4 TV

A Kirkland family is mourning the loss of their brother, who was struck and killed while riding his bicycle on Juanita drive a little more than a week ago. John Przychodzen's cycling friends nicknamed him ‘Uncle Safety' because he was such a cautious biker. But all the care that he took to plan safe routes couldn't save him when a negligent 18-year-old driver crashed into him.

Bicycle accident attorney Chris Davis and the team at Davis Law Group are handling numerous bicycle accident cases because the more cyclists that take to the streets the more collisions occur.

"I do believe some of the anti-cyclist sentiment affects the number of cases we see," said Davis in an interview with KOMO4 News.

Davis is also representing cyclist Ron Wingerson, who was recently shoved off his bike by a group of teenagers.

"We see motorists just out of frustration crowding bicyclists, and we also see pure ignorance," he said.
