Elderly Woman In Serious Condition After Driver Crashes Into Parked Car | Seattle Injury Lawyer

According to the Seattle Police Department, a 92-year-old woman suffered life-threatening injuries after the car she was a passenger in hit a parked vehicle near Interstate 5 at 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday night.

The police report states that a 1994 Mazda was driving on Fifth Avenue Northeast when it went through an intersection at Northeast 50th Street and drove up onto a curb and hit a unoccupied Lexus.

Both the driver, a 65-year-old woman, and the 92-year-old passenger were taken to Harborview Medical Center.

The driver suffered an eye injury from the collision.

Police say that drugs and alcohol did not play a factor in the crash.
