DESCRIPTION: A 90-year-old woman was killed and her husband critically injured when their vehicle rear-ended a semi-truck on Highway 12 in Burbank. The woman died at the scene but the husband was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center to undergo heart surgery to repair a torn aorta. UPDATE: Husband, Elmer Riley, passed away on 10/21/10 from his injuries.
