DUI Victim Services: Getting The Legal Help You Need After A Drunk Driving Crash

After a drunk driving crash survivors and/or the families of those who were wrongfully killed are often in search of DUI Victim Services. DUI Victims are often seeking support groups, crime victim's compensation, and legal services.

In Washington State, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is a great resource for DUI Victims. MADD has a 24-hour hotline open to lend support to victims of drunk driving and their friends and family. MADD's number--1-877-MADD-HELP--can be contacted for emotional support and guidance.

Typically there are two types of legal action arising from a DUI crash--there are both criminal and civil components. The prosecutor in the crash jurisdiction will automatically work on behalf of the victim/survivors to convict the DUI offender.
