On Tuesday night, a 47-year-old from Warrenton, Oregon was arrested on suspicion of DUI and for a hit-and-run misdemeanor.
The person was in a pickup truck that was traveling on Highway 401 near Naselle in Pacific County when it sideswiped a Washington State Patrol car, continued until it spun out and crashed into a ditch. The driver and WSP trooper were uninjured.
