Driver Rear-ended in Motor Vehicle Accident

Driver injured after being rear-ended

On 9/16/10 M.S. was rear-ended while driving and sustained substantial neck and back injuries. Most rear-end accidents are caused by drivers who are not paying attention to their surroundings. Talking on a cell phone or text messaging while driving also contribute to many traffic accidents.
