Distracted Driving Accidents Are 100% Preventable




The bottom line: distracting driving accidents and fatalities are COMPLETELY preventable.


Put a face to the statistics. These small web video series entitled "Faces of Distracted Driving" tell the stories of people who have lost a loved from the negligence of a distracted driver.





Julie Davis was 58-years-old when she was on a hike with her best friend, and was hit by a 19-year-old girl traveling 70 mph. Her daughter tells the heart-breaking story.

Washington State Texting While Driving Law

(1) A person operating a moving motor vehicle who, by means of an electronic wireless communications device, sends, reads, or writes a text message, is guilty of a traffic infraction. A person does not send, read, or write a text message when he or she reads, selects, or enters a phone number or name in a wireless communications device for the purpose of making a phone call.  See RCW 46.61.668.
