Debra Messing Sued For Car Accident l Seattle Lawyer

Debra Messing has been sued over an alleged 2007 car accident. 

In court papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 6, the “star has been included in a suit alleging property damage and personal injury following an April 5, 2007, crash on the 101 freeway near Encino.

The suit alleged that defendant Nshan Agazaryan was driving a car owned by Messing, and changed lanes “without warning,” causing a collision with plaintiff Adam Smith.

Smith has asked for compensation exceeding $25,000.

Messing was not physically involved in the incident.
