Selecting an attorney in a wrongful death case involving a minor child is very important. The attorney should have experience settling or litigating wrongful death cases to verdict. One challenging aspect of a case involving the wrongful death of a child is proving the amount of damages that the parents and the estate may be entitled to receive.
