A young boy was injured on a carnival ride while at a Mardi Gras festival. A lawsuit was filed on behalf of the boy against Reed Exposition Midway.
The boy sustained injuries in the March 6 accident as a passenger on a ride. The lawsuit does not clarify how the injuries happened exactly.
The parties have reached a tentative settlement for the
child injuries that is to be approved by the court.
