While driving eastbound on State Route 6 about 13 miles west of Chehalis early Saturday morning, James M. Greenwood drove his truck off the road and struck a tree.
The 32-year-old man was transported to Providence Centralia Hospital for a minor head injury and was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
