An ambulance was heading west on Highway 536 when they were hit by a PT Cruiser that made a sudden left towards North Baker Street.
The 60-year-old driver of the PT Cruiser was uninjured but his 67-year-old female passenger sustained minor injuries, as did the two paramedics in the ambulance. They were taken to Skagit Valley Hospital for treatment.
Washington State Patrol believes that drugs or alcohol were believed to be a factor in the crash and they are investigating whether to files charges.
