Car Accident Leaves One Dead

Apparently Corey Morford of Ashford was speeding on southbound Highway 161 near Kapowsin Highway when her Civic hit a light pole. The car then rolled, hit a tree and came to rest upside-down. Morford died at the scene. She was wearing her seatbelt, but drugs or alcohol were involved, the report said.
