A car collision on I-5 in Federal Way is causing major backups in the southbound lanes. WSDOT cameras show that traffic is backing up quickly.
Four lanes were blocked initially, but now just the HOV lane is blocked.
After 3:15 p.m. all lanes were cleared, but the backup lasted for 3 miles.
