A Burien woman has died after a sport-utility vehicle hit her as she was walking on the road. Apparently the accident occurred around 9 p.m. on state Route 169 near 196th Avenue Southeast.
A female Lynnwood resident was driving a 2006 Subaru Tribeca when she struck the Burien pedestrian.
