Around 1 pm on Tuesday, a Port Hadlock man was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on State Route 19 near Port Townsend.
The bicyclist, 70-year-old Allan Raichart was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center with a serious arm injury.
The driver, 54-year-old Brent Potter of Chimacum was uninjured but faces charges for second-degree negligent driving according to Washington State Patrol.
