The morning of Oct. 9, 2004 marked a very tragic day for the Clemens’ family. The young daughter of the family, two-year-old Adrianna was run over by the family car and was killed.
On that Saturday, Adrianna was supposed to spend the day shopping with her mom, Rachel. Before their day at the mall, their father David made breakfast for the family.
“I was blow-drying my hair,” Rachel recalls. “I flipped my hair over. I looked up and she wasn’t there.”
Then she heard her son scream.
Previous to this, David told his mom that he was going to move their family’s SUV so he could get some Halloween decorations from the storage area in the garage.
Adrianna was
hit by the car.
She says that her little girl must have come out of the kitchen and into the garage before he backed out.
The little girl was rushed to the hospital and there she was pronounced dead.
