Our Legal Comment: This is another needless accident that appears to have been caused by a drunk driver. Can you believe that with the media’s constant attention devoted to the prevention of drunk driving, we still have people that are wiling to take the chance by driving after consuming alcohol? It’s not worth it. I pray that the other individuals involved do not have life threatening, or permanent, injuries.
