The man was driving on the wrong side of the road and could not stay in his lane. When he was pulled over, he had an open container in his vehicle.
The man’s company is NOAH (National Organization for Addiction Healing).
A woman that helped start the nonprofit organization spoke of his arrest.
"He's an alcoholic," she said.
She claimed that's why the company never got a chance to work with addicts.
However, their company's website is still up and running, and soliciting business from faith-based organizations.
