85-year-old Pedestrian Hit by SUV Dies of Injuries l Seattle Crosswalk Injury Lawyer

SEATTLE -- An 85-year-old West Seattle man who was hit by a sport utility vehicle Saturday night has died from his injuries, the King County Medical Examiner's Office said. The man was identified as Oswald Clement.

The accident occurred about 7:45 p.m. Saturday in the 7300 block of 35th Avenue Southwest. Clement died Sunday at Harborview Medical Center. A Seattle Police spokesman said the driver was not impaired and is cooperating with investigators.
