DESCRIPTION: A Ford pick-up carrying three people was traveling northbound on US 195 near Colfax early Sunday morning when the driver lost control of the truck and rolled it several times. One of the passengers, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. The driver and his two passengers were taken to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center to be treated. Washington State Patrol has confirmed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and will be charged with vehicular assault.
