3 Dogs Euthanized After Vicious Attack on Innocent Man

Three mixed breed dogs were euthanized by police with the Indian Nation after they attacked a 59-year-old man in Queets, Washington on Wednesday.
 
The man attacked by the dogs, Paul Charles, is currently in intensive care.

According to Police, the dogs broke through a fence to attack Charles as he was walking past the owner’s home on Wednesday afternoon.

The owner of the dogs has been cited for having “vicious” animals and could end up facing negligence or assault charges. This is the first time this individual has been cited for having dangerous dogs.
 
The victim’s 35-year-old nephew attempted to stop the dogs from attacking his uncle and ended up with several injuries himself. He may have suffered permanent nerve damage to his hand, said his mother. She is convinced that her sons actions saved Charles’ life.

According to witnesses, there were as many as four stray dogs barking near the scene at the time of the attack.
