DESCRIPTION: Two car were waiting to turn left off of southbound Highway 17 near Othello when a third car failed to stop and crashed into the second car forcing it into the first. The offending driver's car was totalled and he was cited for speeding. A passenger from the second vehicle was taken to Othello Hospital with back injuries.
